Happy Thanksgiving!
This blog will be short and sweet today as I’m sure most of you are going to be very busy this weekend with family and friends. Here is a simple healthy recipe for baked oatmeal from Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Cookbook. Bring it tonight to the family dinner, I am. It is so yummy!
Ingredients:
· 2cps oats
· 2cps soymilk
· ½ tsp vanilla
· 4 tbsp maple syrup
· ½ cup slivered almonds
· ½ cup dried cranberries
· 1 large grated apple
· Cinnamon and nutmeg
Prep:
· Oven at 400 degrees, Coat a large casserole dish with cooking spray
· Combine ingredients
· Place in casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
